Are you a confident, customer-focused sales professional with a passion for property? We're looking for a New Home Sales Executive to join a leading property developer and play a key role in helping buyers find their perfect home.

• Welcome and guide potential buyers through the sales journey

• Promote the benefits and features of available new-build homes

• Achieve sales targets and follow up on leads promptly

• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to progress sales

• Maintain show homes and marketing suites to a high standard

• Proven sales experience (property, retail, or similar)

• Confident, personable, and target-driven

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Well-presented and professional

• Available to work weekends with time off during the week

• Experience in new home sales is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong sales background.
