My client is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join their expanding Civil Engineering division, supporting high-profile residential and infrastructure developments across East and West Scotland.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to play a key role in delivering engineering excellence across multiple live sites.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Manage and prioritise site engineering workloads across multiple projects.

Liaise daily with construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
*
Provide support and mentorship to trainee engineers.
*
Interpret and implement civil engineering works from technical drawings and specifications.
*
Attend client and internal project meetings as required.
*
Identify and resolve technical issues with practical engineering solutions.
*
Maintain accurate records including RFIs, site quality manuals, and as-built surveys.
*
Contribute to value engineering proposals and tender documentation.
*
Ensure compliance with the Engineers Handbook and quality control procedures.
*
Support problem-solving at site level, minimising commercial and programme impact.
