A close-knit Quantity Surveying consultancy in London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who has experience working on NHS frameworks.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working under the Director of the business, taking on your own projects predominantly across the Healthcare sector.

Alongside having your own projects to run, the new Quantity Surveyor will help an Associate with pre and post contract roles including attending progress meetings independently and contract administration.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
4+ years quantity surveying experience
Healthcare project experience
Worked within a UK cost consultancy / PQS / cost management practice
Pre and post contract knowledge
Client facing, personable, team-focused character
Residential project experience would be a plusIn Return?
