Multi-Skilled Plumber (Temp to Perm)
📍 Location: Bedfordshire MK43 (static site)
💰 Perm Salary: £34,000 - £35,000 per year

Temp hourly rate: £21.25 per hour CIS or £16.82 PAYE + holiday

We're on the lookout for a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Plumber to join a busy facilities team on a temp to perm basis. If you're hands-on, safety-conscious, and ready to make a real impact, this role is for you.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance

Diagnose and repair faults across building systems

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards (COSHH, PPE, fire safety, etc.)

Maintain and repair building fabric elements and services

Accurately complete job sheets and reports

✅ What You'll Need:

NVQ or equivalent in Plumbing / Time-served apprenticeship

Strong plumbing knowledge (installation & maintenance)

Good grasp of H&S and building compliance standards

Physically fit - able to carry tools/equipment up to 20kg and work at height

A customer-first mindset
