Our client, a reputed law firm in Newbury are looking for further support for an existing and well regarded Conveyancing team

You will work closely with the Conveyancer and provide support including:

• Deal with helpline and new enquiry calls
• Open & close client files
• Post completion matters
• Conduct property & land searches
• Manage all client work in accordance with procedures and quality standards
• Progress the caseload where possible – and keep clients updated
• Exercise high standards of client care
• To comply with the Solicitors Accounts Rules and the Rules on the Professional Conduct of Solicitors
• To ensure good working relationships with external institutions and organisations
• Complete relevant training requirements of the SRA
• In liaison with the Senior Fee Earner promote the services of the firm in order to develop new business

In order to apply for this Senior Conveyancing Paralegal/Legal Assistant role you should ideally have at least 4 years' relevant conveyancing experience from within another law firm
