Your Responsibilities as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
*
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive mechanical maintenance
*
HVAC systems (heating & cooling)
*
AHUs, pumps, motors, valves, pipework
*
Supporting BMS operations
*
General plant room maintenance
*
Working within a critical environment
What We're Looking For from a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
*
Mechanically apprenticeship trained or similar qualifications (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
*
Strong background in mechanical maintenance
*
Experience in commercial, healthcare, or large-scale environments preferred
*
HVAC maintenance experience essential
*
Professional and reliable attitude
