The Role:
You'll lead and manage all health & safety matters across multiple groundwork sites, ensuring compliance, driving best practices, and embedding a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.

What You'll Need:

Solid background in construction H&S - ideally within groundworks or civils

*

NEBOSH Certificate (minimum), with up-to-date knowledge of CDM and HSE legislation

*

Strong communicator, able to influence site teams and senior management alike

*

A passion for safety and continuous improvement
