The RoleYou’ll take ownership of the London region’s financials while supporting group-level reporting and strategic initiatives.Key responsibilities include:

• Monthly financial reporting and analysis for the London region
• Supporting the production of group accounts, including variance analysis and board-level commentary
• Preparing board packs and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
• Partnering with operational teams on budgeting and forecasting
• Supporting acquisitions, including onboarding and integration
• Driving improvements in processes, controls, and reporting
• Contributing to business cases and strategic decision-making

About You

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or newly qualified)
• Background in Big 4 / Top 10 audit or advisory, or relevant industry experience for second movers
• Strong technical grounding with a desire to move into a more commercial, forward-looking role
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to take ownership early in your industry career
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to systems like Power BI or ERP platforms is a bonus
