About the Role
Lead and manage a children's residential home
Create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for children with emotional and behavioural needs
Oversee a dedicated care team and embed trauma-informed practice

Requirements:
Minimum of 5 year's experience in residential care of children.
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
2 years of Residential Management experience
A full driving licence
