We’re working with a leading freight forwarding and logistics provider who is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive with a background in air freight sales or logistics to join their team based in Feltham.

About the Role:

This position is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry who is looking to develop their sales career further. You’ll focus on generating new business, building client relationships and helping to grow air freight sales in a competitive market.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within air freight
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Build and manage a sales pipeline
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and report on sales activity

• Some experience in Air Freight, Sales and Development
• A proactive and motivated approach to business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Based near Heathrow (Feltham or surrounding areas)
• Eager to grow within a commercial environment and build a long-term career
