BMS & Controls Manager - London (Flagship Tech Site)

We're working with a global facilities management leader to recruit a BMS & Controls Manager for one of the most prestigious and technology-driven commercial sites in London.

This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge of building controls and a passion for driving performance, innovation, and efficiency across a large, high-profile estate.

The Role

As the BMS & Controls Manager, you'll take responsibility for managing, optimising, and developing the site's control systems. You'll work closely with engineering and client teams to ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.

* Overseeing the site's BMS and associated controls infrastructure

* Managing two direct reports within the controls function

* Developing and delivering a comprehensive BMS maintenance and optimisation programme

* Monitoring system performance, reviewing alarms, and ensuring environmental conditions meet design specifications

What You'll Need

* Proven experience in a BMS or Controls Manager role (client-side or FM)

* Indepth knowledge of control systems and building services (Trend, Siemens, Tridium, etc.)

* Strong technical background, ideally electrical or mechanical qualification
