Part-Time HR Advisor (3 Days per Week)

Location: Bristol

We are seeking a capable and confident HR Advisor to join a Bristol-based professional services firm on a part-time basis (three days per week). This is a generalist role working closely with HR Business Partners to provide high-quality, proactive HR support across the business.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supporting HR Business Partners with day-to-day people matters across the employee lifecycle.
• Advising and guiding line managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, absence, and conduct.
• Coaching managers to build capability and confidence in handling people matters effectively.
• Using people data to help business areas identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing clear insights and recommendations.
• Supporting cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, pay and bonus reviews, talent processes, and promotion cycles.
• Ensuring HR processes, procedures, and policies are followed consistently and effectively.

About You:

• Solid experience as an HR Advisor within a professional, commercial, or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Demonstrable experience handling a range of employee relations matters.
• Confident in interpreting and using data to inform decisions and provide insight.
• Skilled in building strong relationships, coaching managers, and offering practical HR guidance.
• Well-organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively across a varied workload.
