evoZero is transforming the way the construction industry approaches decarbonisation - and we're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead its commercial growth across the UK.

The Opportunity

As the evoZero Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the UK commercial strategy for evoZero, positioning it as a market‑leading low‑carbon solution. You'll be the face of the product with customers and industry partners, translating sustainability ambition into tangible commercial outcomes.

This is a high‑profile, externally focused role where you'll influence decision‑makers, shape market understanding and accelerate adoption through strong stakeholder engagement and compelling value propositions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the commercial development and market positioning of evoZero across the UK

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities, from lead generation through to conversion

  • Act as the primary point of contact for evoZero key accounts and strategic partners

  • Present and promote the evoZero proposition to customers, influencers, industry bodies and sustainability‑focused stakeholders

  • Gather, analyse and communicate market intelligence on competitors, sector trends, customer needs and regulatory developments

  • Create impactful, external‑facing promotional materials in collaboration with Marketing

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive stakeholder maps across customers, industry bodies and decision‑makers

  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure resources, messaging and delivery are aligned

  • Support negotiations and agreement management

  • Ensure CRM accuracy, opportunity forecasting and input into budget planning

  • Drive compliance with HM Group processes for evoZero and evoBuild sales

  • Share insights and recommendations with senior leadership to inform strategic decisions

What You'll Bring

Knowledge

  • Sustainability, decarbonisation and low‑carbon construction trends

  • Construction materials markets

  • Carbon accounting principles

  • Stakeholder ecosystems and industry bodies

  • CRM systems and digital sales tools

  • Marketing communications

Experience

  • Proven business development or key account management experience

  • Background in construction materials or sustainability (preferred)

  • Successful lead generation and conversion track record

  • Confident external presenter with experience creating promotional collateral

  • Strong cross‑functional coordination and stakeholder management experience
