Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum, Negotiable

As Project Supervisor, you’ll be on site coordinating daily activities across multiple sites to ensure safe, on-time, and high-quality installation of commercial catering, bar, and eateries equipment while supervising projects ranging from £20,000 to £250,000 or dedicated to on-site projects in excess of £1,000,000!

You’ll lead subcontractors, manage site logistics, and build the skills and experience that set you up to progress into a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage site setup, inductions, access, and logistics across multiple locations, maintaining a professional site presence.
  • M&E, fabrications, finishes, catering installers, sequence works, and resolve blockers to keep the programme on track.
  • Enforce RAMS and permits; conduct toolbox talks; ensure adherence to housekeeping and safe delivery/installation practices in line with CDM expectations.
  • Maintain a site diary with progress photos; update milestones; flag risks/variations early; support snagging through to client sign-off.
  • Verify installation standards, capture O&M inputs (labels/serials/photos), coordinate customer training, and prepare handover documentation.
  • Act as the point of contact on-site for clients.
  • Use our ERP, Insite, Teams Planner & Smartsheet for brief reports, trackers, and agendas—keeping paperwork lean and focused on delivery.

The Right Individual:

  • Experience in construction, fit-out, or installation-led projects with exposure to site coordination (hospitality or interiors a plus).
  • Confident communicator and problem-solver who can influence subcontractors and uphold standards.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and other project management tools (Excel, Teams, Smartsheet, Insite).
  • Certifications (advantageous): CSCS card; SSSTS (or willingness to obtain); Emergency First Aid; PASMA/IPAF as relevant to site needs.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel; comfortable with occasional out-of-hours or overnight work when programmes require.
