Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: South East London & Kent
Salary:UP TO £40K pa (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our clients team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working with a social housing contractor on planned works projects in South East London & Kent.

Responsibilities:

Undertake planned maintenance and repair works in social housing properties
Carry out kitchen and bathroom fitting to a high standard
Perform plumbing works including repairs and installations
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high quality
Communicate effectively with tenants and colleaguesRequirements:

Previous experience as a multi-trade operative, ideally within social housing
NVQ or C&G in a core trade
Competency in kitchen and bathroom fitting
Must be able to carrying out tiling to a high standard
Proficient in plumbing works
Full UK driving license
Own tools
