Client Services Administrator

Our client a leading Asset Managers is seeking an administrator to join their Client Services team. The Client Services Team is at the heart of the organisation and supports the day-to- day running of the business as well as acting as the front line of support for our clients. Clients include financial advisers, retail investors, nominees, banks and HNW individuals. As a small but rapidly growing Investment Manager, the team’s responsibilities are wide ranging, covering post- sales client support as well as a number of different operational procedures. The team is known for providing exemplary customer service to its clients and seamless operational support to the business.

The Client Services Assistant will be tasked with supporting Client Services Associates on the team with administrative tasks. They will bring a high level of care and attention to even the most basic task and will demonstrate intelligence through an ability to pick up new things quickly. The candidate will be engaged in the business and will show this through building relationships, seeking to self-improve and taking an interest in the future direction of the company.

Candidates who want to benefit from the broad range of knowledge and exposure they can expect from a smaller, dynamic Investment Manager should apply for this role. The natural progression within this role is to a Client Services Associate position.

The role

 Enquiry Management – some handling of basic emails from our clients may be required. Full client services training will be provided

 Bank Reconciliation – completing daily reconciliation of credits and debits into our Client Money accounts

 Client Onboarding – On-boarding new clients with the greatest attention to detail and care

 Client Communications – ensuring the highest degree of care and accuracy when producing, checking and distributing client communications
