Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high standards of care and education for children in the EYFS

* Plan and implement engaging learning activities to support children's development

* Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

* Ensure adherence to school policies and procedures

The Ideal Candidate:

* Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education

* Has proven experience in an EYFS or nursery setting

* Demonstrates a strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum

* Is committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all children

* Is proactive, reliable, and works well both independently and as part of a team
