Key Responsibilities:
As a Management Accountant, you will take ownership of the financial reporting cycle and provide insightful financial data to support decision-making:
* Present and review month-end management accounts.
* Develop and refine management information, delivering monthly departmental performance analysis.
* Prepare motor trade-specific composite reports for manufacturers.
* Lead year-end accounts preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
* Analyse P&L and balance sheet performance.
* Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns to HMRC.
* Liaise across multiple departments, including sales and aftersales teams.

What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications: Part-qualified or qualified and currently studying towards CIMA.
* Experience: Automotive sector experience is a plus but not essential.
* Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills and solid understanding of accounting principles.
* Analytical Mindset: Able to interpret financial data and present insights clearly.
* Communication: Comfortable working with colleagues at all levels including senior leadership.
* Organisation: Able to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
