Blue Water Recruitment are looking for a BIM Coordinator on a busy construction project.

Starting immediately for ongoing work.

The Role:

The candidate will be responsible for all the procedures and monitoring in BIM and Digital Construction during the design, construction and handover of the project.

They will support bid teams with responding to BIM related questions in PQQs and ITT submissions. Also required to monitor the uptake of BIM across all tendors to fulfil assurance procedures relating to early assessment of design team capability and internal resource considerations.

Requirements:

Extensive Construction knowledge..

Experience using AutoCAD and Revit software, with strong BIM management experience.

Advanced problem solving capabilities.

*

Proficient with MS Office, in particular Excel.
