About you:

Chartered Engineer (CEng via IStructE or ICE)
A proven track record of leading and delivering small to medium-sized structural projects
Strong client relationship skills-you'll be maintaining and developing key accounts
Team leadership and strategic thinking-you're not just delivering work, you're shaping the future
