The Role

Position: Sociology Teacher

*

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full-time, until the end of the academic year

Location: Derby

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and high-quality Sociology lessons across relevant key stages

Plan, assess, and monitor student progress

Contribute positively to department and school initiatives

Support students' academic and personal development in line with the school's ethos

Who We're Looking For

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred, but significant teaching experience will also be considered

*

Passionate about Sociology and inspiring young people

*

Strong classroom management, planning, and assessment skills

*

DBS registered on the Update Service

*

Willing to be qualified with Education Personnel to support the placement
