Our client, Oldham Council is seeking a Adult's Social Worker to join their MASH Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

• Assessing the urgency and severity of safeguarding concerns and prioritizing referrals.
• Determining the most appropriate agency or team to handle the referral and providing guidance.
• Ensuring that appropriate and immediate action is taken to address the immediate risk.
• Either conducting the enquiry yourself or identifying the key team to do so.
• Collecting and sharing relevant information with other teams or agencies involved in the enquiry.
• Providing guidance and support to other care teams on safeguarding issues.
• Overseeing the collection of safeguarding management information.

Requirements of this role:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
