About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team from September 2025 in a nurturing and friendly school.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a flexible, rewarding role where you'll lead learning and provide cover across the school. You'll work closely with teachers and leadership to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons for our pupils.

Covering classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 as required.
4 days a week on a 2-week rotating timetable.
PPA time provided to help plan effective lessons.
You will be expected to plan and mark work in line with the school policies.

Qualified HLTA status (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in primary classrooms.
Confidence in leading whole-class learning.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
