About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading courier company for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Debrief Operative to join their busy team in Aylesford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
1:00pm - 9:00pm
Key Responsibilities

Debriefing drivers at the end of their routes
Accurately inputting delivery and collection data into internal systems
Handling and processing returned or undelivered items
Investigating and reporting any delivery issues or discrepancies
Ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed correctly
Communicating effectively with drivers and warehouse staff
Requirements

Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn internal systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential
