Overview:
Actaris is seeking a practical and experienced Stadium and Site Manager to ensure that all aspects of the site are maintained to the highest standard. This includes building services, infrastructure, equipment, and site security. This role is critical to the daily operation and presentation of the venue.

Location: HA8 6AG
Salary: £50,000
Hours: 46 hours per week (16 fixed + 30 flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead on maintenance, repair, and operational upkeep of the entire site.

* Oversee and manage security staff and site access control systems.

* Manage contractors, service providers, and third-party maintenance personnel.

* Conduct daily site inspections to identify and resolve maintenance or safety issues.

* Ensure all statutory inspections, testing, and certifications are up to date.

* Work closely with the General Manager to ensure a safe and functional environment.

* Maintain records and asset registers for all site facilities.

* Ensure all site regulations, practices and policies are implemented and upheld.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Hands-on experience managing stadium or large site infrastructure.

* Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building services.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to coordinate teams and third-party contractors effectively.

* Familiar with compliance requirements in a stadium environment
