What will you do as a Logistics Manager

• Preparing/managing shipment documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, & GRNs
• Negotiating with freight partners to secure competitive rates to optimise shipping costs
• Running weekly cross functional shipping meetings, updating on orders/delivery timelines
• Placing orders with factories and ensuring prices and delivery terms are agreed
• Book in Deliveries

What will you need to be a Logistics Manager

• Experience working with tariffs and commodity codes
• Must have worked in house for a product-based company/brand as opposed to a shipping company or freight forwarder
• Proficient in Excel and ERP
• Experience raising PO’s
• Happy to be based on site 5 days a week
