Aquapark Assistant Manager

• Fixed Term Contract (May till August with flexibility)

• Salary: From £24,800

Are you a qualified and experienced Lifeguard looking for a summer opportunity? 

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee daily operations at the water park, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Engage directly with customers, providing outstanding service and enhancing their experience.
• Perform lifeguard duties, maintaining vigilance over the water park to ensure guest safety.
• Coordinate with different teams across the site to promote the water park's offerings and reputation.
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years previous Lifeguard experience.
• Must hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and/or Open Water Lifeguard (OWL) Qualification.
• Proven customer service experience, particularly in a face-to-face role.
• Knowledge and experience of working in an outdoor activity setting.
• Line management experience, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
