Residential Property Solicitor – Telford or Shrewsbury 

The Role

A respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its conveyancing team. This can be based at any of the firms Shropshire offices. The role is a case handling role whilst also supporting the Head of Department with the management of the team with a view to this becoming more management focussed over time. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential property ideally more experience 
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Previous training or management experience
