Responsibilities:

Manage export documentation and shipping administration
Meet shipping deadlines and resolve customer inquiries
Collaborate with the Export sales team to deliver exceptional service
Ensure compliance with customs and export regulations
Participate in initiatives for business improvement and cost-savingEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Proven export shipping experience
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectivelyDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Understanding of IATA/IMDG regulations
Experience in a fast-paced environment
A-levels or equivalent in Science and English
