What You'll Be Doing

  • 360 Recruitment: Own the full recruitment cycle, from Business Development to candidate placement.

  • Business Development: Grow your client base across West London through cold-calling and networking.

  • Candidate Engagement: Source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards & headhunting.

  • Relationship Management: Become a trusted advisor to clients and candidates.?

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales or Recruitment Experience: B2B sales background is a strong advantage.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft tools.

  • Self-Starter: Proactive, resilient, and target-driven.

  • Team Player: Collaborative and eager to learn.
