CACHE Level 3 Nursery Assistant – HarlowFull-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Flexible Shifts Available

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic CACHE Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join a warm and welcoming nursery based in Harlow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education and confident in supporting children aged 2–3 years.

About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will:

• Support the learning and development of children aged 2–3 years.
• Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
• Work effectively as part of a friendly and professional early years team.
• Help deliver engaging activities that support the EYFS framework.

Requirements

• CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) – essential
• Previous experience supporting 2–3-year-olds
• Paediatric First Aid – preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, caring, and proactive approach to childcare
