Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Hybrid – Newbury office 1–2 days per week, remainder remote

Are you an organised and proactive administrator with experience in financial planning or wealth management? We’re supporting a respected Chartered Financial Planning firm in Newbury that is looking for a dedicated Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional client service, efficient adviser support, and smooth day-to-day operational processes. Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing Recommendations
- Liaise with clients to schedule and confirm meetings
- Produce and distribute compliant meeting packs
- Check packs and chase missing documentation (LOAs, applications, etc.)
- Maintain accurate client information and notes in Intelliflo (IO)
- Provide required information to Paraplanners
Implementing Recommendations
- Track and follow up on advice implementation
- Keep clients proactively informed on progress
- Use internal systems and dashboards to monitor workflow
General Administration
- Act as a first point of contact for client queries
- Scan and distribute post to relevant team members
- Provide accurate data entry and administrative support
- Support smooth running of client services and compliance processes
What We’re Looking For- Experience within an IFA, financial planning, or wealth management environment
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, professional, and client-centric approach
- Familiarity with financial planning software (Intelliflo IO desirable)
