A well-established organisation is seeking an Operations Team Lead to support day-to-day operational performance within a fast-paced food environment. This role involves overseeing a team, driving performance, maintaining high standards, and supporting continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team to ensure strong operational performance

Oversee key metrics relating to efficiency, processes, performance, and service delivery

Support and maintain standards across compliance, quality, and workplace best practice

Conduct investigations, reviews, and audits to continually raise performance

Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a team leader, supervisor, or people management role

Strong communication and organisational abilities
