We're supporting a leading, global biopharma organisation in appointing an Evidence Synthesis Manager to drive the development of high-quality payer evidence and value materials supporting global market access strategy.

This role sits within a global HTA & Payer function and offers strong exposure to asset strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and global-local market access activities. You will be expected to work autonomously and within a small team with a tight-knit culture, so personality-fit is very important.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead development and delivery of core payer evidence deliverables (e.g. Global Value Dossiers, value narratives, assessment reports)

* Translate payer strategy into clear, decision-ready materials aligned to global access plans (MASS)

* Identify evidence gaps and collaborate with HEOR/RWE teams to inform evidence generation

* Support asset strategy discussions with evidence-based insights

* Enable regional/local teams with globally aligned value tools and messaging

* Manage external partners and contribute to scientific communications

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in market access, HTA, HEOR, or payer evidence (industry or consulting)

* Track record supporting global or asset-level access/evidence projects

* Strong understanding of payer/HTA environments (major markets preferred)

* Excellent stakeholder engagement and scientific communication skills

* Excellent time-management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
