Job Description

SRG are looking a HR operations analyst to join a leading agrichemical manufacture based in Huddersfield.

Duties and Responsibilities

Review paper files to get a full understanding of any variances in contractual/non-contractual terms and conditions e.g. additional hours payments, other allowances, any historical agreements with individuals etc…
Document this information in a spreadsheet and identify any common patterns of information we may not be aware of historically.
Upload the paper files for electronic use going forward.

Experience and Qualifications

Administrative experience
HR background
