Project Implementation Coordinator

Job Description


The Implementation Project Coordinator has experience as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders on low voltage technology projects that have reached the installation planning and execution phase. The successful individual in this position will ensure an accurate scope of work, develop schedules, assign resources, maintain excellent communications with stakeholders, monitor project progress and maintain project progress information in our software platform.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Confirm project scope with stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Organize, Plan and Facilitate project installation in collaboration with Project Manager
  • Develop schedules, assign resources, execute and maintain project Work Plan
  • Manage multiple schedules, resources and projects within our PSA software platform
  • Identify and mitigate project risks in collaboration with Project Manager
  • Demonstrate excellence in communications and customer service delivery
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Evaluate and strive for process improvement, efficiencies and effectiveness



  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; Information Technology, Security Technology or utility/construction industry experience preferred


  • 2+ years Coordination experience, Low voltage or IT technologies industry preferred
  • 2+ years of Commercial Construction Project experience

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of project management and coordination components
  • General understanding of technology infrastructure
  • Proficient with coordination related activities and data-entry in a CRM platform
