The Role
As a Property Investment Consultant, you'll be responsible for selling both on-plan and off-plan investment opportunities to clients across the UK and internationally. You'll manage a high volume of warm leads provided daily, while also prospecting and developing new investor relationships through outbound activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with investors to understand their goals and match them with suitable new build opportunities
Present and promote developments across Manchester and Liverpool
Manage a consistent pipeline of warm, qualified leads provided by the company
Proactively source new business through cold outreach and referral networks
Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Clearly articulate the benefits and ROI of each investment property
Provide market insight and consultative advice to both new and seasoned investors
You Will Need:
A minimum of 2 years experience in property investment sales or a similar field
Proven ability to close deals and hit sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong commercial awareness and ability to build rapport quickly
Motivated by targets and uncapped earnings

£1,000 commission per sale, with bonuses up to £2,200 per deal
