The Role - Careers Guidance Advisor

A supportive and ambitious secondary school in the London Borough of Enfield is seeking an experienced Careers Guidance Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting personalised careers interviews and action planning

Advising students on sixth form, college, apprenticeships, university, and employment pathways

*

Supporting UCAS applications and personal statement guidance

*

Monitoring and tracking student destinations

*

Contributing to the school's careers strategy and Gatsby Benchmark targets

*

Working closely with SLT, pastoral teams, and external providers

Applicants must hold a Level 6 Career Guidance and Development qualification (QCG, NVQ/SVQ Diploma, DipCG, or AGCAS) and have demonstrable experience in a similar role.
