Are you experienced in export operations and confident handling time-critical shipments? Our client, a leading freight & logistics provider, is looking for a proactive AOG Clerk to join their busy operation.

You will be responsible for export shipments from start to finish, ensuring the fast and accurate movement of urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) freight. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where quick thinking and excellent communication are essential.

• Handle time-critical export shipments from booking through to delivery
• Liaise with airlines, carriers, and customers to ensure rapid movement of AOG freight
• Prepare all export documentation accurately and on time
• Work closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency
• Provide first-class customer service in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations

• 4 on / 4 off
• 06:00 – 18:00

• Previous freight forwarding or AOG experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of export processes
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• A team player with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
