TSR Legal is currently working with a well-established law firm based in Cardiff that is seeking a driven and organised Paralegal to join their Commercial and Civil Litigation department. The Role:
This is a varied and hands-on position where you'll provide essential administrative and legal support to the Head of Department and Senior Partner. While the role will initially focus on administrative duties, you'll ideally bring experience in civil litigation and employment law and be confident working with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with ongoing litigation and employment matters
  • Preparing documents, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate files
  • Liaising with clients, maintaining excellent client care at all times
  • Forecasting completions and assisting with monthly billing


Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years' experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (preferred, not essential)
  • Familiarity with civil litigation and employment law
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
