Our not-for-profit client is undergoing a period of transformational change and is seeking a Property Services Systems Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of a critical systems implementation project across property maintenance, compliance, and asset management functions.
This is a high-impact role, acting as the business-side lead and subject matter expert for a new Property Services system. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and a project team to ensure the solution delivers timely, accurate data and improves service delivery for staff, residents, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and subject matter expertise throughout the system implementation

Manage change communications and user engagement across all phases

Represent operational teams and ensure business requirements are clearly defined and met

Support procurement, configuration, and go-live preparation

Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure adoption and effectiveness

Identify wider opportunities for system use across compliance, health & safety, and asset management
About You
You will bring a strong understanding of property services and hands-on experience delivering systems change in a housing or complex organisational environment.
Essential Requirements:

Experience managing or implementing Asset Data or Property Management Systems

Track record of successful project delivery and change management

Experience within a mid-size or large organisation, preferably in the housing or not-for-profit sector
