Finishing Foreman

Norfolk 

£220-£270 per /day

Start: Monday 16th February (ASAP)

We're looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a residential project in Norfolk, starting Monday 16th February. This is a temporary position to July for the right person and a great opportunity to support the delivery of a quality residential build.

The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating final fix and finishing activities on site — ensuring works are completed to the highest standard, following snagging lists, and directing trades coming in to complete required tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and follow the snagging list to completion

Coordinate and communicate required tasks to incoming trades

Supervise and manage finishing trades to ensure quality workmanship

Conduct regular inspections and address defects promptly

Ensure health & safety and site standards are upheld

Liaise closely with the Site Manager and other site personnel

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential sites

Strong leadership and communication skills

Willing to be hands-on and assist where required

CSCS card essential; SMSTS or SSSTS preferred

First Aid qualification desirable

Ability to interpret snag lists and drawings

Strong organisational skills

Rate of Pay:
Competitive day rate £220-£270 per day, reflecting current market rates for finishing foreman roles in Norfolk.
