Job role: Shift Plant Operator

£55,000 Per Annum + Overtime + Bonus Scheme

We're looking for a Shift Plant Operator to join clients leading operations & engineering team, working across the companies portfolio of landfill gas plants.

The main responsibilities of the Shift Plant Operator will include -

* Monitoring various control systems operating Generators, CHP's, and auxiliary equipment

* Perform reactive and ppm's on all power generation machinery from landfill gas power systems, turbines, gas engines and steam generation.

* Monitor plant conditions and performance data to identify potential issues and ensure optimal efficiency.

* Performing start-up and shut-down operations as necessary to meet peak demand requirements.

* Working both independently and as part of a wider technical support team
