• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that motivate and inspire students in the field of electrical installation.
• Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the needs of all students.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to promote learning and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure the content is current and relevant.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and student learning experiences.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Installation Lecturer.
• Level 3 Qualification in Electrical Installation.
• Holds an IQA or equivalent quality assurance qualification.
• Experience in both trade and teaching environments is highly desirable.
• Strong planning skills and the ability to deliver engaging lessons.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and staff.
