We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established consultancy delivering critical infrastructure and utilities projects across the UK. As part of their growing team, they are seeking a Land Referencing Technician to support land access and consent processes for nationally significant developments.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will play a key role in the delivery of complex infrastructure, including major projects involving Development Consent Orders (DCOs) and Compulsory Purchase Orders (CPOs).

Location: Crewe
Salary : up to 35k basic, slightly more depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and affected landowners to support successful DCO and CPO submissions.

Collect, analyse, and manage land ownership data in collaboration with GIS Specialists and Project Managers.

Ensure data accuracy by maintaining and updating records using bespoke internal land referencing systems.

Conduct site visits and attend stakeholder meetings to verify land interests and update documentation.

Assist in the preparation of Books of Reference and other statutory documentation.

Participate in full training and ongoing professional development to gain specialist expertise in land referencing
