What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils across Year 3 with their English, Maths and topic work, both in small groups and 1:1.
  • Encouraging independence and confidence through positive praise and calm guidance.
  • Helping to plan and deliver engaging activities that bring learning to life.
  • Working closely with the class teacher to track progress and celebrate achievements.
  • Creating a warm and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.

About You:

  • You have experience working with KS2 pupils (or are confident supporting Year 3).
  • You're patient, encouraging and full of enthusiasm for helping children learn.
  • You work well in a team and bring positivity to everything you do.
  • A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable, but not essential.
