Site Co-ordinator Opportunity - Automotive
We are currently recruiting for a Site Co-ordinator to join a busy and growing automotive business in the Heathrow area.
This is a great opportunity for someone organised, hands-on and proactive who enjoys working around vehicles and being part of a fast-moving team. The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in presentation and ensuring vehicles and the forecourt are always maintained to a high standard.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Managing the daily presentation of the showroom and forecourt
* Ensuring vehicles are clean, well presented and correctly displayed
* Checking that vehicle photos and online listings are accurate and up to date
* Making sure vehicle pricing and signage on the forecourt is correct
* Liaising with the valeting team to ensure vehicles are prepared to a high standard
* Coordinating vehicle movements and occasional deliveries between sites
* Supporting the wider team to ensure the site runs efficiently day to day
Your Background & Skills
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and meet deadlines
* Previous experience in a similar automotive or site coordination role would be advantageous
* Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
* Full UK Driving Licence required
