The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained to run a 360° desk — from sourcing top-tier candidates to building lasting client partnerships. It's fast-paced, challenging, and incredibly rewarding for those who bring the energy and determination.
Key Responsibilities

Write and post job adverts to attract talent

Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals

Screen CVs and conduct interviews

Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish

What We're Looking For

Recent graduate (2:2 or above in any subject)

Confident communicator with great people skills

Self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven

Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential
