Job Scope:

We are looking to recruit a Relationship Executive to join us at one of the brands of Catalyst Care Group - LD Network. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Staffing Solutions team, ensuring best practices and high performance. Relationship Executive focus includes delivering top-notch service, supporting the Client Service Manager, and fostering strong relationships with our team, catalyst family, clinicians, clients, and service users.

As a Relationship Executive, your role encompasses owning client relationships, expanding clientele, identifying growth opportunities, ensuring compliance, and driving productivity. Vital tasks include upholding a healthy workplace environment, staying updated on business systems, and demonstrating accountability, responsiveness, while proactively identifying improvements within team and client interactions.

The Relationship Executive role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in customer service, administration, and adaptability to changing priorities is crucial. Relationship Executive must excel in working under pressure, demonstrate attention to detail, and approach interactions with empathy and compassion.

Do you have?

* Experience of working in the healthcare sector, desirable

* Previously worked in a care company environment

* Experience dealing with or within a high-volume incoming calls and queries environment

* Experience using relevant business software such as MS Office 365
