The role is open to experienced middle leader and high-quality Key Stage 2 teachers who are ready to step up into a Phase Leader role.

The successful and Key Stage 2 Phase Leader will have secure Upper Key Stage 2 Curriculum knowledge and be able to demonstrate class progress and experience of raising attainment in the area. The school is currently rated as Good and the school are looking for a driven and motivated middle leader who will join them on their journey to outstanding over the next 2 years.

Children attending this school often start school with skills and abilities and lower than average. The lower school provide excellent learning opportunities and children make rapid progress ready to start KS2.
